Residential Property Consultants (RPC) helps residential and commercial property owners, real estate investors, developers, and organizations make informed decisions about their properties and portfolios.
Our on-the-ground approach includes property walkthroughs, condition documentation, repair prioritization, practical improvement plans, project coordination, and support for long-term asset goals. When requested, we can also introduce clients to independent professionals through our referral network.

Residential & Commercial Property Assessments
Boots-on-the-ground walkthroughs for local and out-of-state owners: visual condition reviews, photo documentation, repair priorities, vacant-property checks and actionable findings. Not a substitute for a licensed home inspection or engineering report.
Asset & Portfolio Reviews
Residential and commercial property acquisition and disposition strategy, real estate transaction referrals through Shoreline Realty, investment-property research, due diligence support, and portfolio evaluations. We review rental income, operating expenses, property conditions and improvement opportunities to help owners understand property performance and consider long-term goals.
Construction & Rehabilitation
Residential and commercial renovation planning, scopes of work, budgeting support, contractor coordination, worksite walkthroughs, scheduling and progress documentation. Project delivery tailored to property goals, schedules and site requirements.
Demolition Planning & Coordination
Demolition project planning for commercial buildings and residential structures, pre-demolition walkthroughs, excavation and site-clearing coordination, debris removal, contractor scheduling and city permit process assistance. Services include project coordination, site preparation and support with applicable municipal permitting.
Lead Inspection & Risk Assessment Coordination
Coordination of lead inspections, risk assessments, lead-safety evaluations and compliance support through appropriately licensed independent professionals, as required.
Property Preservation & Cleanouts
Vacant-property checks, securing and maintenance coordination, residential and commercial cleanouts, debris and contents removal, code-compliance cleanup and lawful, authorized post-eviction move-outs following possession.
Site Clearing & Debris Removal
Site clearing plans, demolition debris coordination, renovation waste removal, materials movement and property transition support, with support for scheduling and project logistics.
Municipal & Institutional Projects
Residential and commercial field assessments, vacant and distressed-property initiatives, code-compliance cleanup, demolition and redevelopment planning, rehabilitation coordination, preservation and municipal procurement support.
Financial Professional Referrals
Referrals to independent financial professionals for retirement and investment planning. RP Consultants does not provide investment advice, recommend securities, or manage investment accounts. Any financial services are provided directly by the referred professionals and their firms.
RPC coordinates projects and may work with independent, appropriately qualified service providers. Specific responsibilities, fees, and terms are explained before work begins. Post-eviction cleanouts require lawful authorization.
